How do I know what size radiator I need?

Can I install the S4H Chaucer on a plasterboard wall?
These radiators can be heavy so you must find the wooden studs behind the plasterboard to screw the brackets into. If your wall is not strong enough you can buy slip on feet to support the weight on the floor.
Do I need to buy special valves for this radiator?
Radiators do not come with valves so you must buy them separately. We recommend thermostatic radiator valves or TRVs because they let you control the temperature to save energy and lower your heating bills.
How do I clean my column radiator?
Cleaning is very easy. Because there are gaps between the columns you can use a feather duster or a special radiator brush to wipe away dust. The smooth white paint is also easy to wipe down with a damp cloth.
Is the S4H Chaucer good for bathrooms?
Yes it is a great choice for bathrooms. It provides plenty of heat to dry damp air. You can also buy a towel bar attachment that fits onto the radiator to warm your towels while heating the room.
What does bottom centre connection mean?

What happens if I choose a radiator with too low BTU?
If the BTU is too low your radiator will not be strong enough to heat the room. The room will stay cold and your boiler will work harder to try and reach the temperature which wastes money. Always pick the right size.
